Imraan Mollagee is a student of Islamic Knowledge, a teacher and a caller to Islam. He is from Cape Town South Africa, and he started his journey studying the religion of Islam by memorizing the Noble Qur’an at the age of 15, in the year 2004. He then went on to complete his schooling at Islamia High School and matriculated in the year 2007. From there he completed two years of Construction Studies at the University of Cape Town. He then left to further his Islamic Studies and knowledge of the Arabic Language, as it was always his dream to be able to understand the Qur’an which he had memorized. He was accepted to study at the prestigious Islamic University of Madinah and began his pursuit of knowledge in the Arabic Institute (Ma’had al-Lugha) wherein he completed the two-year course for a Diploma in the Arabic Language. Thereafter, he entered the Faculty of Shari’ah (Islamic Law) and completed the four-year Bachelor’s degree by the year 2016 with a distinction.
He is currently the Imaam and Khateeb of JMAH Halifax.
