SUMMARY:The Dominion - Tafseer Surah Mulk
DESCRIPTION:Ustaadh Tim Humble returns once again to JMAH to deliver his latest one day course entitled ‘The Dominion – Tafseer Surah Mulk’. \nSurah Al Mulk is an early surah of the Makkan period. A characteristic of the earliest surahs of the Makkan period is that they present the entire teachings of Islam and the object of the Holy Prophet’s mission\, not in detail\, but briefly\, so that they are assimilated by the people easily. Come and learn about a surah that you’re recommended to recite every night before going to sleep! \nAbout the teacher:\nMohammed Tim Humble became interested in Islam during Religious Education classes in Primary School. After researching it further on the internet he accepted Islam at the age of 14. Thereafter he went through a period of 4-5 years where he struggled to implement and practice his new-found faith. The Muslim community in his hometown was unwelcoming and unhelpful to New Muslims. In his own words\, “One of the biggest problems we have in the Ummah is that we are excellent at selling the religion; we’re great salesmen…What we’re really\, really rubbish at is keeping them in Islam once they become Muslim.”\n\nA suggestion by a friend sparked the idea of studying in the Islamic University of Madinah. During his first Hajj pilgrimage he applied to and was accepted into the University. He graduated from the Faculty of Hadeeth Studies in 2011. Notably he memorized and is certified in the six canonical works of hadeeth.\n\nHe is also an accomplished Raaqee (exorcist). Based out of Newcastle\, U.K.\, he travels the country lecturing and delivering courses on the Islamic Sciences as well as being extremely busy in administering Ruqya Shar’iyyah treatments to people.\n\n He is currently involved with a Da’wah organisation called ‘IDC North East’ which is based in & around Newcastle. He is a student of shaikh Al-Albani\, shaikh Ibn Baz and Hafiz Muhammad Gondlavi (may Allah shower His mercy upon them all) \nShaikh M Sharif is a specialist in Hadith and has been teaching Hadith for over 30 years. \nHe is not only a scholar and a teacher of Hadith\, but he is also a murabbi and a role model for those who benefit from his knowledge and his companionship.\nHence\, his students (imams\, khateebs and speakers) are very active in the field of dawah inside as well as outside Pakistan. \nHe is the founder principal of مركز التربية الإسلامية فيصل آباد where great muhaddith sh Irshadul-Haq Al-Athari also teaches.

It was in Sudan that Ammar began his studies in the Arabic language at an early age. After returning to New York he benefited from a local scholarship in a wide variety of Islamic Sciences. He continued his studies in Houston with renowned scholars such as Dr. Salah Al-Sawy\, and completed an extensive study with Dr. Waleed Basyouni. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Sciences with AlMaghrib Institute. He is the author of “What the Pen Wrote\,” Imam and Resident Scholar of River Oaks Islamic Center in Houston\, and the Content Director for Faith Essentials and FaithIQ.
