DESCRIPTION:JMAH is proud to present our 2023 English Conference in partnership with MJAH\, OneUmmah and AIM. \nSunday 6th August 2023 – 2PM till 6PM \nConfirmed speakers include; \n\nShaykh Karim Abu Zayd\nImam Karim Abuzaid is the imam of Colorado Muslim Society (CMS). He is a PhD candidate in Islamic Studies with the American Open University of Alexandria\, VA. His studies are concentrated in Fundamentals of Islam and Quranic and Hadith Sciences. Imam Karim is a Hafiz Al-Qur’an\, having committed the complete text of the Qur’an to memory. His love and passion of teaching Islam lead to his founding of Tafseer Al-Qur’an Institute(TAQI)\, a full-time Hifz\, Arabic and Islamic Studies Program with branches in Lanham\, Maryland\, Sharkia\, Egypt and Denver\, Colorado. An esteemed Daa’yah (one who gives dawah or performs outreach)\, Imam Karim is a fierce advocate of the understanding of the Qur’an and the correct interpretation of authentic hadith who is determined to share a correct view of Islam. As such\, he uses his platforms as a presenter for Huda TV (www.huda.tv) and Guideus TV (www.guideus.tv) to do this through presentations such as Ramadan is your Second Chance\, Story of Hajj\, The Inevitable Journey\, Righteous Companions\, Building A Better Future\, and The Best of Stories from the Qur’an. Currently Imam Karim can be reached for interaction on the live broadcasting of Let’s Talk About It\, which airs on Sunday\, Tuesday and Thursday on Guideus TV.\n\nShaykh Ibrahim Zidan\nSheikh Ibrahim Zidan is a renowned scholar and an active Preacher of Islam. He graduated from University of Cairo Egypt with a degree in Islamic studies and Arabic language. He studied under several scholars and published several books on Hadith. He has a weekly Tafseer program on Huda TV and more programs. He has a bachelor degree in Physics from SIUE and Chemistry from Alexandria University as well as an MBA from SIUE. \n\nShaykh Uthmaan Ibn Farooq\nUthman Ibn Farooq is an American Muslim scholar and preacher. He teaches at Masjid Al-Ribat in San Diego\, California. He has attained multiple Ijāzāt (accreditations) in books of Hanbali Fiqh\, Usool al-Fiqh\, Hadith\, Mustalah al-Hadith and a master’s degree in Hadith sciences. \n\nShaykh Abu Usamah\nAbu Usamah was born in New Jersey in 1964. He embraced Islam in 1986 and went onto studying in the Islamic University of Madinah for eight years where he graduated from the College of Da’wah and Usool-ad-Din. Abu Usamah has been very active in da’wah since the day he embraced Islam. He has been the Imam of various mosques in the United States and in the United Kingdom. Abu Usamah zeal and eagerness in conveying the true message of Islam has lead him to many parts of the world\, delivering lectures and seminars\, as well as translating for many scholars and du’aat from the Arab world. Abu Usamah has been blessed in studying with some of the greatest scholars of our time\, to name a few\, Sheikh Umar Fulaatah at the Rawdah of the Prophets Mosque\, Sheikh Muhammad ‘Atiyyah Saalim (author of Tafsir ‘Adwaa ul-Bayaan’)\, Sheikh Abdullah Muhammad al-Ghunaymaan\, Sheikh Muhammad al-Jaami\, Sheikh Saalih al-Fawzaan and many more. He was also very fortunate to have spent two summers in intensive study under Sheikh Ibn Baaz and Sheikh Ibn Uthaymin. \n\nShaykh Shouaib Ahmed Mirpuri\n\nA free event\, open to brothers and sisters. SUMMARY:The Dominion - Tafseer Surah Mulk
DESCRIPTION:Ustaadh Tim Humble returns once again to JMAH to deliver his latest one day course entitled ‘The Dominion – Tafseer Surah Mulk’. \nSurah Al Mulk is an early surah of the Makkan period. A characteristic of the earliest surahs of the Makkan period is that they present the entire teachings of Islam and the object of the Holy Prophet’s mission\, not in detail\, but briefly\, so that they are assimilated by the people easily. Come and learn about a surah that you’re recommended to recite every night before going to sleep! \nAbout the teacher:\nMohammed Tim Humble became interested in Islam during Religious Education classes in Primary School. After researching it further on the internet he accepted Islam at the age of 14. Thereafter he went through a period of 4-5 years where he struggled to implement and practice his new-found faith. The Muslim community in his hometown was unwelcoming and unhelpful to New Muslims. In his own words\, “One of the biggest problems we have in the Ummah is that we are excellent at selling the religion; we’re great salesmen…What we’re really\, really rubbish at is keeping them in Islam once they become Muslim.”\n\nA suggestion by a friend sparked the idea of studying in the Islamic University of Madinah. During his first Hajj pilgrimage he applied to and was accepted into the University. He graduated from the Faculty of Hadeeth Studies in 2011. Notably he memorized and is certified in the six canonical works of hadeeth.\n\nHe is also an accomplished Raaqee (exorcist). Based out of Newcastle\, U.K.\, he travels the country lecturing and delivering courses on the Islamic Sciences as well as being extremely busy in administering Ruqya Shar’iyyah treatments to people.\n\n He is currently involved with a Da’wah organisation called ‘IDC North East’ which is based in & around Newcastle.
